I just installed Ubuntu 9.10 with Transmission 1.75. Excellent work everyone!
I wasn't sure however how to post this bug/feature improvement, but the speed scheduler cannot at this point limit speed between 7am to 1am ie you can only limit speed from 7am to 11:45pm. for a user with an of peak time of 1am - 7am with their ISP, Transmission 1.75 presently has no effective way to limit downloads to only run within this time window.
This is a feature of sufficient importance to high bandwidth users that I think it should be given at least a medium priority. the current code is 95% there anyway...

Re: Speed Limit Scheduler
Why can you not set 7 am to 1am?
