Individual Up/Down Speeds Disappeared?

I'm not sure when it happened, but I just noticed the up/down speeds on individual torrent doesn't show anymore while downloading. Anyone else see that or just me? I do see the rates in the compacted torrent row mode, just not expanded.

Update: I see the upload speed after the torrent goes into seeding mode.
Update2: Found the issue. Introduced in r13552. Submitted a ticket and patch.
