Anyone else have this issue via webUI? When I add new torrents, it always defaults to verify local data despite there being no local data to verify.. this results in the torrents taking a really long time to actually begin downloading, UNLESS I go to my HTPC and open the transmission window locally.. in which case it doesn't even seem like it was verifying at all. It used to work fine, seems to have just broken itself randomly.
Ideas?

After more searching on the issue it seems that turning off "app nap" for the Transmission application on the host computer has fixed the problem.
