403: Forbidden when open WEB Interface

Post by deanMKD »

Hi Transmission !!

When try to open my IP 192.168.3.252:9091 show me:
403: Forbidden

Unauthorized IP Address.

Either disable the IP address whitelist or add your address to it.

If you're editing settings.json, see the 'rpc-whitelist' and 'rpc-whitelist-enabled' entries.

If you're still using ACLs, use a whitelist instead. See the transmission-daemon manpage for details.
I have set allowed IP adresses in settings.json but still that error occured.

This is mine /etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json file configuration:

Both :

"/var/lib/transmission-daemon/info/settings.json"
"/etc/transmission-daemon/settings.json"

settings.json is the SAME !

What is problem here?

SOLVED : Edit sudo nano /home/pi/.config/transmission-daemon/info/settings.json and everything is working as expected !! :D :D :D

Also with "ps -ef | grep transmission" you can see all the config files that is used by transmission.
