Web Transmission Remote in Drobo

Hello! I wanted to know if anyone knows a solution to my case. I have an Internet with Dynamic IP, connected to another router. On that other router is connected my Drobo, I can access by Drobo Access remotely, but I can not access the Transmission app, I put my Ip xx.xx.xx.xx: 9091 and it even says a DDNS for easier access, but in none Of the situations I establish connection, I tested the ping, and it has return, somebody knows how help me? Thanks
