Transmission 401 Unauthorized Error page customization

hi All,
I have been looking through the transmission dirs and settings, and cant find anything referencing the error page that you get if you hit 'cancel' when logging in:
401: Unauthorized
Unauthorized User
Does anyone know how to modify this, or where it is actually pointing too?
