[THEME] New Transmission WebUI

So, basically what i did here was to fix an already built WebUI theme and released it since the one found on Github doesn't seam to work and is not under active development. (it seams).

Do not ask me for updates or anything. The developer have been contacted and if interested he will upload it on the Github link provided in this post.
(PS. This is also working on BiglyBT that uses Transmission WebUI originally)
