Upload rate anomaly

Post by Marx82 » Fri Apr 05, 2019 10:26 pm

Hi,
the total upload rate does not correspond with the sum of the upload rate indicated for each torrent.
Specifically, the total upload rate displayed at the bottom of the window is most of the time hitting the maximum rate 500Kb/sec in my case, while it should be around 50 if I calculate the upload rate for each of the active torrents.

I have tried to pause all the active(visible) uploads but the upload counter keeps increasing
If I PAUSE all the torrents (even those that are not apparently uploading), the upload counter does not increment.
Do you think I should file a bug?

OS: debian
packages
ii transmission-common 2.92-2+deb9u1 all lightweight BitTorrent client (common files)
ii transmission-gtk 2.92-2+deb9u1 amd64 lightweight BitTorrent client (GTK+ interface)

transmission-gtk --version
transmission-gtk 2.92 (14714)

Was this issue corrected or do you think it was just a fluke?
