Im using Ubuntu 10.10 and Transmission 2.22. Ive got one question about network activity of Transmission. Even though i set global upload limit to 1kbs/s or even 0kb/s, my System Monitor/Conky shows steady 20-25 kb/s upload. Im just curious, whats this upload and is there any chance to reduce it?
