I am newer than noob; I have no idea what to do after the torrent is downloaded; what do i do in order to watch the movie that just took 16 hours to download? The files that are now on my desktop say...

If I click on the first and second ones, Miro opens up and wants to download.
I want to play this movie in a HD player, I think. I have DivX, RealPlayer, Real One Player, and QuickTime Player. Or, do I need something else?
I have a MacBook Pro, OSX 10.6.7
