Does The Latest 2.33 Build Have Proxy Support?

I was reading online that some Linux users had proxy support in the Network settings/tab but in 2.33 I do not see any such thing...

Is the proxy support in Transmission?

version 2.11 was the last build with proxy support

Correction: Version 2.13 build 11501 was the last version that supported proxies.

For Mac, version 2.11 is the last version supporting proxies.
