can't use script-torrent-done feature

I'm using transmission 2.40,
and that script-torrent-done feature don't work no matter how I fixed that setting.json
and I accidentally deleted some files which maybe related to transmission,like transmission-GTK,trigger or something
and after I rerun "./configure;make;make install",they still can't be found.
anybody can help me?thanks in advance
