Transmission-gtk and xfce: slow startup

Hi everybody!
I'm using transmission-gkt 2.51 on archlinux, in xfce 4.8.
Everything is ok, it works very well. It has only this problem: when i launch it, it takes something like 11-12 seconds to show up...
Tried from terminal, and it returns no error or warning...

I'm using gtk3.4.1 too, if it can help.

EDIT: just upgraded to xfce 4.10, but it didn't solved.
