I'm generating and updating my own blocklists in transmission-gtk's config directory; is there a technique for verifying that the IP blocks are being applied?
I have left the "blocklist-*' config options alone (e.g. "blocklist-enabled" is false).
The only apparent evidence is that the binary blocklist representations are being generated by transmission-gtk when it opens, and the process holds these files open while it's running.
EDIT: according to the wiki, for blocking to occur, 'blocklist-enabled' must be set to 'true' (even though IMO it's clearly designed for a single-blocklist scenario). My question still stands.
