Hello everyone. Let me start by saying I've already been to https://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/PortClosed
I'm on Lubuntu 13.10 (32bit), I don't have a router, just a SB5102 Cable Modem by Motorola hooked directly to my PC, I have completely disabled the firewall (and made sure of it with "sudo ufw status").
I can download content just fine at my regular speed, however once my torrents start seeding there appears to be no connected peers, as in, Transmission says "Seeding to 0 peers of 0 peers connected", and when I go to Trans' Network settings any and all listening ports I've tried are closed.
I'd be more than happy to give you guys and gals any additional info you need, just help me start uploading/seeding again because not seeding for days can really put a dent on my ratio in one of the trackers I'm in...
