GTK css error ?

Post by davleema »

Hi,

When running Transmission 2.82 on a freshly installed Slackware 14.1 system (XFCE 4.10 as interface) , I get a weird looking main window: the background is black, and the menu is pushed together, without spacing between the items. When choosing a different GTK theme, the background was ok, but the menu is still "compressed".
When launching Transmission from a terminal, I get these warnings:

Code: Select all

(transmission-gtk:21515): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:58:18: Not using units is deprecated. Assuming 'px'.

(transmission-gtk:21515): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk.css:58:20: Not using units is deprecated. Assuming 'px'.
This is what it looks like, notice how the menu is sqeeuzed together:

Fwiw, I guess it has something to do with the newer GTK version (3.8.2) shipped with Slackware 14.1 ?
