where are the magnet links?

Where does transmission 2.82-1 on mint 17 keep magnet links? I recently lost hard drive of downloads and wish to redownload files already downloaded but cannot find where transmission keeps magnet links. After seeding for awhile and moving files elsewhere, I delete completed torrent files. But when I go to website to redownload file, transmission pops up and tells me i cannot add duplicate torrents even though its been deleted from completed torrents folder. Searched internet with no resolve. looked in home/config/transmission/torrents and nothing their so Im guessing someplace else which would be great then i wouldnt have to find them on the net again. Not a linux expert. please help.

If the torrent is loaded in Transmission, verifying the data will disclose to Transmission that the data is missing.
