Transmission

I've just installed transmission gtk on Linux Mint. I've also got transmission installed on a WD mycloudmirror. I've taken a backup of the settings and torrents from the mycloud installation. I've been trying to use this to import everything into the mint installation. Only problem is I can't for the life of me find all the settings and torrents folder. As well as a good rummage and using search, I've used this link to find where everything is. But to no avail

I am pretty n00b with Linux so I'm probably missing something very simple. But could someone help please?
