Transmission GTK v3.0 is used on a dedicated Ubuntu VM with the upload bandwith of 24 Mbit/s that means approximately 3.0 Mb/s using a VPN tunnel. There is no other software busy with downloading or uploading anything.
The upload speed in Transmission status bar never goes above 1.0-1.5 Mb/s, while Ubuntu System Monitor stably reports 3.0-4.5 Mb/s, see the attached screenshot (or https://ibb.co/KKHkSZf). I tried to use 1-2 popular torrents only and the situation still remains the same. Therefore that traffic is NOT used for establishing connections / announcing to trackers for multiple torrents.
Where all that huge difference of 2.0-3.0 Mb/s goes if not to actual upload? How to force it to transfer payload in full bandwith?
