Cannot access the transmission web interface behind a VPN

Hello
- I am coming to you because I cannot find the solution to my problem concerning Transmission.
- I am trying to access Transmission via the web interface.
- When I try the action without VPN I have no problem (local network or remote DNS or not)
- On the other hand, if I try the same thing while my VPN is activated, it is impossible. locally no problem (deactivating the VPN on my local network) but not remotely.
- I can check with other aplication no problem but with Transmission it does not work.
- Could you give me some help?
For information I am working with ubuntu 18.04LTS and 20.04LTS
