Conky?

Post by tartan »

Hello there!

Is there any way to make transmission (transmission-gtk, not daemon nor transmission-remote) work with conky?

Hmm. How do I make conky show list of active torrents and up/down speed for each?

As far as I know, nobody's written any Conky plugin for it to understand Transmission.

If you want to write it, I'll be happy to answer questions.

I don't understand why you don't want to use transmission-remote.

They do exactly want you want here:

You just have to install transmission-cli and the you will have the transmission-remote command which allows you to get information from the torrents you are downloading with transmission-gtk.
