Move completed downloads / specific folder for incomplete.

As I read on some topics, it seems that, at least the Mac client, has the feature that makes possible do configure a "completed downloads folder" and an "incomplete downloads folder". I searched the prefs dialog, I'm on Linux (running 1.50), but I cannot find that.
Is this feature available for the Linux client too?
If not, is there a workaround? It's really hard to find out which downloads have and which have not finished download when dealing with +30 downloads.
