Seed Ratio Limit Transmission 1.51 Ubuntu 8.10

I cannot figure out, for the life of me, how to set the seed ratio limit in transmission. I have been searching for an hour. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm afraid that I am far too new to Ubuntu to do that. I wish I could. But most of the things I have done so far, I have had to learn from the Internet. It has been hard, but worth it! Haha.
