Is there a charge/cost after a certain download limit?

Is there a download limit say per month, that after which point is reached, you have to pay a certain cost per MB/GB? If so, what is this limit? Many thanks.

Transmission is free to use. Consult your ISP for limitations on bandwidth.

The ISP are the people you pay to connect to the internet. Check with them if they limit how much you're allowed to download.
