Option to not prompt on low disk space

I would like to see some changes to the low disk space prompt in Transmission 1.42 (7494):

• The default 'OK' button should instead be 'Pause'.
• User should be able to configure Transmission not to prompt on low disk space ('Download Anyway' by default).

By way of background: I sometimes have Transmission launch at a pre-set time that suits my ADSL plan, but this is thwarted if disk space is low. You might not think it makes sense to download if disk space is low, but this is really the users' choice.

You can't download if you don't have the space. That's just common sense.

The space may be there by the time it's needed though.
