[occasionally] reporting double d/l stats to a priv. tracker

i know of the "1.32 >> + Fix a bug introduced in 1.30 that caused problems establishing tracker communication"
announcement, but hence these [exact] doubled download statistics happening on like every other torrent have
been there since at least 1.2.0 and are an ongoing nuisance in 1.3.2 as well, i believe this differs from your bugfix.
i tried several nightlies having no trouble for one or two, BAM there comes another double-trouble. i have no
insight in the tracker reports / statistics on open trackers, therefor i have no clue whether this is a private tracker
only issue, but one thing is for sure: i'm not the only one... several transmission-users [in fact every single one
that i checked] on the not-mentioned tracker have encountered the same issue...
