One of my torrents appeared to complete last night, verified, and began seeding. I noticed this morning, though, that T says I have only 98% of the download, and yet its download rate for that torrent is zero. There are plenty of seeders and 100% is available.
I haven't seen this behavior before and am uncertain whether there's a logical explanation or if this is a bug in 1.50. (I upgraded from 1.50b5 last night.)
1.50 is seeding, but has only 98% and isn't downloading

Can you provide a screenshot of that torrent? (peers - infowindow)

I've included the Activity window, for good measure.

Looking at the list of peers, there are no seeders. Perhaps there was someone poising the swarm?

At the bottom of the Peers window, it says there are 122 seeders at the moment. So I suppose you mean there isn't anyone in the list above who's all green with a checkmark on their progress bar? I would take those to be seeders who are sending me data, and I hadn't noticed their absence.
My understanding is that "poisoning" means seeding with bad data. And, indeed, I downloaded this torrent once already and found that, of the 74 98-MB .rar files it contained, only the first unstuffed correctly, even though T verified everything fine. The rest yielded errors and folders containing 0 bytes. I thought there must have been some sort of transmission errors that T didn't detect, so I tried again.
But that wouldn't seem to explain why, when there are so many seeders, I'm not getting any in my list.

Oops! Sorry. Should have taken more discrete screenshots, and not posted the Info window at all.mod: images removed per forum rules
Re: 1.50 is seeding, but has only 98% and isn't downloading
After watching the Peers tab in Inspector for awhile, I've noticed that people with all-green progress bars bearing a checkmark appear from time to time in my list, but they disappear rapidly without apparently sending me any data. Stats at the bottom are: 48 connected, 3 tracker, 18 incoming, 23 PBX, UL to 15, DL from 0, Known 2536, Seeders 27, Leechers 71, Total Downloaded 11.
The Tracker Announce and Scrape responses both show "OK."
My Activity tab shows I'm missing only the first 4 portions of the download and all 4 are available. The swarm rate flips back and forth between zero and rates up to 56 MB/s.
My download speed, as measured by Speedtest.net, is roughly 700 KB/s, and set to unlimited in T. Upload speed, which can be 60 KB/s or so, is limited presently in T to 20 KB/s. My bittorrent test results (per http://broadband.mpi-sws.org/transparency/bttest.php) show my ISP is fine. T says my Peer listening port is open.
So why aren't any seeders hanging around long enough to send me the last 4 portions?
For that matter, why has T's status changed to "Seeding" when I haven't received all the files yet? I'm, wondering if this status means T isn't sending whatever messages are needed to announce that I still need data.
