Sleep Mac after downloads finish?

Is there any way to do this with the current version of Transmission? Perhaps even using some 3rd party utility? If such a feature exists, I sure can't find it. Perhaps I'll have to post to the feature request board if not...

The language of the setting 'Prevent computer from sleeping with active transfers' would indicate that if there were not active transfers it would allow the mac to sleep. However, i find that having that button ticked prevents my mini from sleeping even if there are no transfers, active or inactive.

I think its a bug.
