Verifying local data messes up adding torrents

Post by sikaripa »

I'm using 1.51-1 on Debian Testing/Unstable mix and I just noticed that if I add new torrents while checking local data on another torrent, the new one(s) never starts. First it waits to check local data on the new one as well, after the 1st one, and then keeps showing Downloading from 0 of 0 blah blah..

ii libgtk2.0-0 2.14.7-5 The GTK+ graphical user interface library
ii transmission-gtk 1.51-1 lightweight BitTorrent client (graphical interface)
...and I got the rest too.

I can duplicate the error, and it won't even start a torrent I had parts of. After manual remove/add of new torrent it works fine, except now it seems that if I had parts of a torrent ready, even manual rm/add in TBT won't help. Yup, tried a couple of times with the same one and it won't go. Actually I had to go all the way and get a new version of the torrent file. Diff shows no difference between blahblah.torrent and blahblah(2).torrent. Yet still I have 59 connected peers compared to 0 previously.

Thanks for a good client!
