how alt-speed-time-day work

can someone explain me how alt-speed-time-day work ? the default value is 127 .

I read the rpc spec but it's not clear for me

I think it is :

Days = (1,2,4,8,16,32,64) (Sunday to SAT)

WE = 65

The Week : 62

All days : 127
