IP Filter to stop Seedboxes Seedboxing on Transmission?

Hello All --

Is there a function by which an IP Filter can be used in Transmission to stop the Seedboxing of torrents?

I know both uTorrent and Azureus have this ability. How about Transmission?

Any shared knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
