adding new trackers from torrent file

Hi,

I noticed that when using the official bittorrent client on windows, if you open a torrent file that has the same file but different trackers it adds the new trackers to the trackers list - or prompts you to add them.

The torrents that I am downloading using transmission do not seem to do this, and I have to delete the non-seeded torrent and tracker, and find a new torrent file with a tracker that has seeds.

Is this something wrong with my setup and/or am I misunderstanding something here? if not, that is a very helpful feature and I would like to request it
