Download priority switched (new bug) ?

I have used Transmission for almost one year without problems, but now in the last release
i have a little issue, not realy important but called my attention.

i'm downloading one torrent with many files in one folder.
i choose HIGH priority to the first ones, NORMAL to some others, and LOW to the rest.
the result is HIGH works ok, but NORMAL and LOW seems to be switched.
i mean, LOW priority has more priority than NORMAL.

example (after 1 day downloading):
files with HIGH: 55%
files with NORMAL: 9%
files with LOW: 23%

well, nothing really special, looks like a little finger in one 'if' of code...

the % doesn't say much, only if the files are all the same size

you are right, i didn't mention that.
in my case all the files are almost the same size.
