Port Mapping Error: Port will not open.

Post by semaphore »

In Transmission's Network box in Preferences, I can't seem to get any port to open.

I have read the wiki page as well as the built in help for Transmission yet my problem persists. I have tried forwarding the port manually to no avail. I have Mac's firewall disabled.

I am using Mac OS X 10.4.11

The router I am using is a D-Link DI-824VUP. It is UPnP compatible (and enabled).

Here's the debug log:

2009-05-26 16:06:37 -0400 net.c:543 [Debug] Transmission: Bound socket 14 to port 64444 on 0.0.0.0

Any and all help is much appreciated.

you are sure you read the forwarding a router guide, and not only the FAQ? if you did. post a screenshot of the forwarding in your router [note! read the sticky's/rules before posting a picture]
