Yes, 1.54 is the last release for Tiger.

I don't suppose there's a good reason, say a particular API that a new feature is using, that requires dropping tiger support?

I'd be glad to maintain a tiger compatible build. It comes in handy for hardware you might not want to upgrade to 10.5, but that still performs great with transmission.

There's a ton of smaller changes and use of new API's, but the biggest one is for the group criteria pane.
