Bandwidth limit

Hi all,

Can't seem to find reference in the forum so far so thought I might ask. My ISP just recently changed the offpeak times so now I need to specify a speed limit time of 12pm to 2am. Can anyone confirm that Transmission understands that sort of limit where it crosses midnight?
