Seeding

I have just started using transmission with a http://tracker.example.com/browse.php?page=3
which i find excellent for old tv programs, you have to make sure you are seeding or you eventually loose the rights.

I can see how much I have seeded on the website under my account but would like to see a graphical view of my seedings on transmission, is this possible?

I use the mac version and am up to date with the version.

Is there any way of selecting the fastest connections within transmission ?
