I have Intel MacBook, Mac OS 10.5.8 ,Transmission 1.73 and internet connect via Apple AirPort Expess (PPPoE). Today Transmission has stopped to uploading any torrent files. In message log there are following messages...

In settings Transmission -> Preferences... -> Network listening port is open and "green". I changed a configuration AirPort Express very much for a long time, ISP not change, and the given problem arose today. Restart Transmission, reconnect ISP and reboot of the computer have not given any result
Any ideas?
