Upgraded Transmission, Lost Torrent Files, help?

I upgraded to the newest release of Transmission. In the process, my current downloads disappeared from the program. I can't easily re-download the file - it's a 4 gb file. Around 3gb had been downloaded so far. I have the tracker file still, along with the file that had been downloading. How can I put these back into Transmission so the file continues downloading where it left off?
