with PG you can add various blocking list.
which one downloads Transmissions or it download a bunch of them?

i have a totally random question, but what makes an IP been put into the blocklist? i have noticed on some torrentz on Azureus and uTorrent that i would continually download the same piece of data over and over? is this a Peer sending bad data? therefore putting them on the blocklist? thanks again for the good work

A dedicated tab where the user can add the urls? (for ex. i-blocklist)
Every time is necessary download the files, put them in the folder, launch the app and at this point the txt file is converted in bin.
Without the addresses it update only the level1.
