Transmission 1.75 CONSTANTLY crashes.

Hi,

Transmission 1.75 has been constantly crashing. It can crash after 10 seconds or 10 hours, but it consistantly crashes. I've reinstalled, upgraded to the latest nightly, but the crashing still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated and Transmission is a fabulous program except for the crashing.

i've also been having problems with this. happens quite often...i can pretty much guarantee that if i leave it open over night it will have crashed by the time i return to the comp.

i'm on 10.6.1

2.4ghz 4gigs of RAM MPB. the 2007 santa rosa release.

For the third time, could the people in this thread please try a nightly and report back? And if it's still crashing, please attach a crash report from the nightlies. They are much more useful than the 1.75 crash reports.

i'm sorry about not trying the nightly build, it's been a while since i've returned to the forums. it sounds like it's been sorted out now though with 1.76. this is great news!

Something you may wish to try:-

#1 Delete the following files.

~/Library/ApplicationSupport/Transmission (backup .torrent files)
~/Library/Preferences/org.m0k.transmission.plist
~/Library/Caches/Transmission

#2 Try 'Open in 32 Bit Mode'. See application 'Get Info' window.
