losing Directory 1.75 & OS X 10.6.1

This may be related to me using a current Beta then having issues and going back to standard 1.75 as it started around the same time.

With the Beta I set "Keep incomplete files in" [Incomplete folder] but back in 1.75 I went back to files in my default DL folder. The files are there but after a few minutes of downloading they return "Error no such file or directory"
I use "Verify Local Data" it finds the file and works for a few minutes but then rinse and repeat back to "Error no such file or directory"

Any ideas guys?

What is the version number of the build you are using?
