Downloads keep stopping (LOCKED: duplicate thread)

Trying to download two big things, and they keep stopping. And I know it's not the peers fault, as they both stop at the same time and I have to pause and unpause it. Any ideas why?

I had the same problem. Reverted back to 1.75. No problems. Download all my stuff. 1.82 has a bug.
