Client asks for keychain access after boot

I have a mac set up as a media server, and I have Transmission as a "login item" which opens with every boot. My problem is that the app prompts for my local user password before it will run. Is there a way around this either by setting permissions or running the app with another account? Has anyone seen another solution?
