Transmission 1.76 Slow Downloads
New to using Transmission. Started with version 1.5x and it was doing fine 10 or so DLs and 30 to 50 KB but installed 1.76 when announced. Paused the 1.5x session, Quit 1.5x and started 1.76. Got very slow downloads - 3 DLs and 15 KB dl speed. Downloaded 1.75, Quit 1.76 and Started 1.75. Almost immediately got 10 to 12 DLs and getting 250 to 350KB dl. Would a restart make it go that much faster or is it something about 1.76?
