Hi,
It'd be nice to be able to have different, customizable bandwidth limits for different client networks. For example, anything on my local networks would have no limit, my ISP's local/regional netblock could have a fairly high limit, while wider internet traffic could have a lower limit. Presumably, the CIDR of my public interface would provide the locallest of the local, while the IP itself could determine which netblock it's a part of via ARIN lookup.
Incidentally, when the throttled mode is on, does that also throttle the web-based daemon's traffic as well? Because _that's_ bad.
