suddenly before 2 days ago and even though i didnt change a thing either to my computer nor to transmission or my internet connection
download doesnt work but the upload works perfect with transfers rate 300kbs.the port i was using seem to be closed but i dont know why.
does anyone can help;thanks in advance

Opening your port and putting an cap on your upload speed should help. check your upload speed at a website (sorry I don't have one, I use a Dutch one) and set the cap to 75% or less of that.
