Transmission "no such file or directory"

Hi i have tried everything i can deduce to make this work. My ports are open. The permissions are correct. I actually reset my watch and completed dir to be under transmission in the /home dir. and it worked but filled up the allotted space on that partition. I tried to move the directories that worked back where I have space but got the same message "No such file or directory". Each time i moved the directories I pointed transmission to the correct place. I can't figure it out. did i do something wrong on the initial partitioning? Please help!
