help! tried everything!

Okay so i have tried everything to get a open port (green light) but i cant seem to get one.

I have done everything on this website:
http://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/PortForwardingGuide

and this one:
http://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/PortClosed

And i looked all over these forums for opened topics and nothing has worked yet or well i have not found anything that can really help or anyone with good advice. I have even tried to do the randomize a ton of times and never found a open port. on my router i have the ports open from 51412 - 65535 so something should be open right? well if anyone can help me out please i would really like it and need it.

you only have to have one port open, the one transmission wants which is if you didn't change it: 51413 make sure you opened that in the firewall of your computer too (TCP)
lastly check the third link in my signature, maybe that could give you an answer

yep i tried that and it is still not working. my frimware is up todate and i made sure that im not over lapping ports, and ect. still when i go to portchecker they are all closed. i can download from transmission and other games but i dont get a full connection and not able to download at my full potential.
