Downgrade 1.80 to 1.76 Downloads Restarted!!

Hi. I downgraded from 1.80 because downloads were stalling. I went back to 1.76.

Now my downloads have all started from scratch??

They were in an Incomplete Downloads folder... but Transmission has started them again in the main download folder.

Is there an issue with .part files, maybe 1.76 doesn't recognise them but 1.80 does?

I've tried "Verify local data" but i cant solve the problem.

Can anyone help?

When downgrading from 1.8 to 1.7, Transmission will lose information of the incomplete folder and won't recognize .part extensions. This is unfortunately a result of the changes to how the internals work.

maybe this helps: remove the .part of the incomplete files and press verify data again.

Thanks I salvaged a few downloads by removing the .part.
